How do I set up the Keep Alive function on the COMfortel D-Series?

Keep-Alive function

With this script the COMfortel D-Series phone sends the following information to the server every 60 seconds:

  • MAC address
  • IP address
  • Phone number of the 1st identity
  • Display name of the 1st identity

For the setup you can proceed as follows: Change the IP address of the server in the script (in our example 192.168.178.48) Import the script into the phone using the following options:

a) Provisioning Insert the XML script into the template for the COMfortel D-Series and provision the phone(s) afterwards.

b) Import the Lua script in the phone under Backup
