The "new" COMuniq ONE scores points with intelligent call management in order to organise processes according to different conditions in companies, at locations, by time of day, for departments and user groups. An AI-supported, multilingual IVR system is available as an additional option. It sorts voice-guided callers in dialogue according to freely configurable rules (flows).

COMuniq ONE also works well with other systems, services and media. Full integration in MS Teams and simple synchronisation of Outlook contacts are offered, as is the connection of ERP systems and various data sources via Multiline TAPI.

Of course, FMC is also supported for using your own smartphone as an extension – with existing mobile Internet via the free app, alternatively via the eSIM or SIM card included from the "Business" tariff upwards. The one-number concept ensures constant availability under a single number, regardless of location and device.
