If you want maximum mobile accessibility without a telephony client, a 5G SIM card or eSIM is included in the basic monthly price from the Business User upwards. If you are travelling in areas with poor data network coverage, you can make calls via the mobile voice channel and callers can reach you reliably. In areas with 5G coverage, you benefit from 5th generation mobile Internet at up to 300 Mbit/s.
Microsoft Teams is widely used in companies. That's why COMuniq ONE offers the option of fully integrating another SIP channel into Microsoft Teams via direct routing in addition to its own intuitive soft client. Microsoft Teams thus serves as an alternative soft client for the cloud PBX. The big advantage: end users can use their familiar Microsoft Teams application.

A cloud telephone system is a software-based, virtual telephone system that is hosted in the provider's data centre.
As an all-in-ONE solution, COMuniq ONE offers all the important functions of modern business communication on a single platform. Users have telephony, video conferencing, chat, mobile telephony and an IP telephone connection at their disposal. Suitable apps ensure a seamless transition between different devices such as computers, smartphones or desktop phones at all times. Accessibility under one and the same telephone number is ensured regardless of location and device.
A key factor with regard to the flexibility of the solution is the pay-per-use principle, which includes the simple customisation of users and functions. This means that COMuniq ONE can be used from a single licence, making the cloud telephone system particularly attractive for small companies. The flexible addition of individual functions with short terms also allows users to quickly and easily adapt the solution to their current needs.

There are a few points you should consider when switching to the cloud:
Existing individual numbers and number blocks can be transferred (ported) from your existing provider to COMuniq ONE free of charge. It is also possible to order new phone numbers for a one-off fee.
COMuniq ONE can only be booked by companies with a landline in Germany. Accessibility and use of the desktop and mobile clients is of course also guaranteed outside Germany.
To use COMuniq ONE from Auerswald, all you need is an Internet broadband connection. Based on the bandwidth of your Internet connection, you can calculate how many calls you can make in parallel. To ensure good voice quality, you need approx. 100 kbit/s per call in the send and receive direction (upload/download). It should also be noted that you also need bandwidth for normal Internet use by computers and other devices registered in the network. Auerswald recommends "reserving" the required bandwidth for telephony on your connection.

COMuniq ONE offers you maximum freedom and flexibility. Users and additional functions can be flexibly customised (upgraded) at any time via your COMuniq ONE sales partner. Cancellation (downgrade) of individual users and tariff options is always possible at the end of the month.
Payment is made by SEPA direct debit. Auerswald will invoice you for the services and charges used at the end of each month. Auerswald calculates the service, in particular the monthly basic charges, from the time at which the respective service was activated.
