- Windows 8 and higher
- Windows Server 2012 and higher
Requirements
The following requirements apply:
- The latest X64 version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable
- The latest version can be downloaded from the following website: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist.
- Administrator rights
Licensing
The following licenses are required to use the Contact TAPI Service:
- COMuniq ONE
- Users must have booked the Contact TAPI add-on. Users without the Contact TAPI add-on cannot be registered in the Contact TAPI Service.
- Contact TAPI
- The Contact TAPI add-on is required to add multiple users to the Contact TAPI Service.
