Attention, now it's getting clever: With PBX Call Assist 5, classic telephony is making its way into teams. And all without SBC and costly extra licences! All you need is the desktop app and the app in Microsoft Teams. This brings internal and external communication together in one interface and makes everyday work much more efficient and productive. Call lists, line settings and presence management - all directly in the Teams client. In addition, a simple contact search via connected data sources (e.g. LDAP) is possible.
Thanks to user-side hosting, data handling can be designed to be fully GDPR-compliant. In addition to an improved chat experience, users also benefit from:
