Update information for manual updates via MSIX file
When updating the app (version 1.4.0 or earlier) to a newer version (version 1.4.12 or later), a fresh installation is required once due to a change in the certificate.
Note: This will result in the loss of your call list.
Follow these steps:
- Back up your data: Settings > Backup > Export XML
- Uninstall the old version of the app.
- Install the new version of the app.
- Start the App.
- Import the backup data: Setup > Import XML
Improvements
Import (only Desktop)
Setup can now also be carried out by importing a backup file.
Bug fixes
Screen lock (Android only)
Even though the screen was locked, the softphone could still be accessed by tapping on a notification.
Status bar (iOS only)
After the softphone had come out of standby mode, the icons in the status bar might remain inactive.
