The IT trade press reports on the declaration of warning level "RED" by Germany’s Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).
On Saturday, 11 December 2021 the BSI informed the public about a discovered vulnerability in the Java library log4j.
This gap allows attackers to run malware on affected servers or to access data under certain conditions.
Auerswald products are not affected by this vulnerability, since the mentioned library is not being used.
