Important: Support for the COMfortel SoftPhone (1st generation) will be discontinued on 31 December 2025. This version can therefore only be used to set up the COMfortel SoftPhone 2.

Audio
In isolated cases, audio problems may have occurred during a call.
Automatic reception
The behaviour when the line was busy was not as expected/set. Instead of ending the call, the announcement was repeated.
Busy on Busy
Busy on Busy may not have worked correctly in some circumstances.
Receipt of a fax
Fax messages were not received due to an incorrect codec being used.
group state
Group members who were permanently logged in were able to log out under certain circumstances.
Possible system crashes
Failed registration emails may have caused the telephone system to crash.
Network data stream
The network data stream may not have been saved.
SIP message
It was not possible to send SIP messages.
