Important Update Information
Version 2.6.1 is not available on the update server due to extensive changes. Download the firmware file (*.rom) and perform a manual firmware update:
Administration > Maintenance > Update and Restart > Store firmware in the PBX | Manual Firmware Update
In some cases, it may be necessary to make changes to the configuration. Please refer to the notes in the release notes.

COMfortel SoftPhone
Important: Support for the COMfortel SoftPhone (1st generation) will be discontinued on 31 December 2025. This version can therefore only be used to set up the COMfortel SoftPhone 2.

Avahi daemon
The Avahi daemon can now be disabled to prevent the local domain from being resolved:
Network > Server Service > Zeroconf > Enable Avahi daemon

Network
The MAC address for LAN 2 was not displayed correctly.

Known bugs in version 2.6.2
E-mail transfer
If, after updating to version 2.6.2, the old firmware (version 2.4.x) is restored (by rebooting), email sending will no longer work. In this case, please contact the Auerswald Support.
Provisioning
Telephones > Provisioning > standard.xml:
An XML error is displayed when opening the file.
