Disconnections with 1&1 connections

Solution: Enter alternative STUN server in provider profile

We are receiving more and more feedback that calls to 1&1 connections are terminated when the call is accepted or after a certain ringing duration. The evaluation of a corresponding trace showed that the 1&1 STUN server does not answer all STUN requests.

For an uncomplicated solution, we recommend using an alternative STUN server in the provider profile, such as stun.sipgate.net, port 3478.
