Simply forward your extension to your personal mailbox when absent and welcome the caller with individual greeting messages depending on the transferred number. Using the corded COMfortel system telephones the operation is very convenient – like with a built-in answering machine in the telephone.

The old-fashioned sending and receiving of fax messages with long waiting times during sending, paper jam, lack of toner and long ways to the fax machine itself is history when using the central voicemail and fax solution from Auerswald. The complete fax correspondence happens directly at the workstation. Upon demand speech and fax messages will be sent automatically via e-mail.
