The Voicemail Center 461.2 from Auerswald combines the functionality of a traditional answering machine and a professional voicemail solution in one device and is the ideal supplement for the COMmander and COMpact series. Four integrated mail boxes can be assigned to any subscriber. The connection is done using an internal analog port of the telephone system.

When used together with the corded system telephones of the COMfortel family, the Voicemail Center 461.2 has even more professional functions to offer. A flashing LED on the telephone signals incoming messages, and you can operate the mailboxes from the phone at the touch of a function key.

How about using the message notification? The Voicemail Center 461.2 calls you or sends you an SMS message whenever there’s a new message waiting for you. It shows you the caller’s number or even the name, if this information is available in the system’s phone book. The retrieval can be done from any extension, from a remote site or directly at the device. A retrieval from the mobile phone is possible even without input of code digits as it is using a number recognition. The perfect menu guidance makes the operation always a “child’s play”.
