The ideal CTI solution is based upon the system which you are using anyway. It doesn’t matter whether you have stored your address records in MS Outlook® or Microsoft® Office – with the LAN TAPI from Auerswald you dial the desired number with a mouse click out from your usual application. Even complex systems like SAP, Navision, DATEV or other business solutions can be integrated. During the phone call your software can search for the customer records automatically and make it available to designated clients of the network via computer.

You want to know how it works? Very simple!

Both telephone systems COMmander Basic.2 and Business, COMpact 5010 VoIP and 5020 VoIP, and the COMpact 3000 series are equipped with a network connector (LAN) to connect the system via the network with the Microsoft server. The driver is first installed here on the network. Then the relevant subscribers of the PBX are activated for TAPI. Finally the TAPI clients are installed on the client computers and linked on the server to the corresponding telephone. Now you have CTI on the network.

Test it!

Four of these CTI lines are included in the price of the COMmander Basic.2 and COMmander Business. Your trained Auerswald dealer can release this feature online in the Auerswald Upgrade Center. You can use TAPI compatible software like MS Outlook® or Microsoft® Office etc. right away. Your dealer will provide competent advice if you are interested in more test licenses.

A more complex installation should be made by a specialist and be discussed up front in detail. If you want to use TAPI in conjunction with specific solutions we suggest the cooperation with a competent partner.

To be able to use all features in an optimal manner the Auerswald system telephones COMfortel 1100, 1500, 2500, 2500 AB or VoIP 2500 AB should be used. Analog as well as ISDN telephones of other manufactures may support not all features.
