The Practice

The call data management software COMlist convinces with a clear interface, a simple use and a comprehensive filter function. The call data will be transferred with a simple mouse click from the PABX. The software compares the already existing data sets with the new data sets transferred from the PABX. Duplicate data sets will not be stored again. This way you get a chronological registration of the call data, even spanning many years. The data cannot only be transferred out of the PABX via serial interface but also via internal S0-Bus or even from remote.

For the quick evaluation of these data the software COMlist offers you reasonable sorting functions. With help of this function all call data can be sorted according to different criteria. Per default the call data is sorted according to date and time similar to a telephone invoice. Only a mouse click and you can sort e.g. the list according to project numbers or subscribers .

Additional, excellent Functions

Number to Name
For the software COMlist a simple mouse click on the data set is sufficient and the name of a calling partner, the internal subscriber name and the name of a perhaps used provider will be displayed in plaintext. The names corresponding to the called numbers are transferred from the telephone book of the COMmander Basic. The user can extend this database at any time.

The Filters
These filters are divided into quick, basic and profile filters.
The quick filter is for the simple filtering according to basic criteria like e.g. subscriber or call timeframe.
The basic filter filters the call data according to all important criteria, e.g. provider, exchange line number or call duration.
The profile filter is used for the filter definitions that have to be used again and again. These filter criteria are simply assigned with the filter assistant and can be activated and re-used at any time.

The Invoice Function
For hotels and boarding-houses the software offers an invoice function. After defining the accounting period and the call data to be included in the print out (e.g. date, time, costs etc.), an individual invoice can be created. For calls done via a provider without advice of charge a cost factor can be entered. For these calls the software calculates the costs according to the call duration.
