By inserting an SD card into the card slot of the COMfortel 2500 you can upgrade your telephone with a convenient answering machine. Standard SD cards transform the telephone into a storage for announcements, messages or call recordings. Gigantic possibilities: one gigabyte is good for more than 30 hours of recording.

Address your callers in a personal way! Somebody is calling on your private number? He should get another message than somebody who tries to reach you on your business number or has used the number of your sports club. Choose different announcements for 10 extension numbers and 10 groups.

Distinguish yourself with fast reactions! To be up to date when you are out of the office the COMfortel Voicemail offers convenient fast playback (remote polling without PIN) and automatic message forwarding e.g. to your mobile phone.

The answering machine functionality (COMfortel Voicemail) you can test 30 days free of charge. The test period starts automatically when you insert the SD card fort he first time. If you want to use this function permanently you can purchase the release code via the Auerswald Upgrade-Center (www.auerswald.de/upgradecenter) at a low price. All you will need is the serial number of your telephone which you can find under „Information/serial number“ in the menu of the telephone. The re-lease code you can type in directly at the telephone.
