Housing concept of COMmander Business

With the COMmander Business Auerswald offers a reference class modular PBX with many innovative ideas. One of this ideas is the ingenious housing concept which not only makes the installation simple like a child´s play but facilitates configuration expansions and alterations without worth mentioning efforts.

The basic version comes with a two-part housing with nine slots for trunk line, subscriber and function modules. If required, you can also connect COMmander Business Xtension on the left-hand side, and plug in up to six additional card modules.

The basic configuration (scope of delivery) is not eqipped with any module, thus you will have the full flexibility to configure your personal communication system.

To prevent damage to the sensible electronic components, the wall frame made of lightweight fibre reinforced plastic will be mounted with screws to the wall first. It is also designed to be used as a drilling template (see picture left).

The module rack with all modules snaps into the wall frame (see picture right). All connections are arranged for easy access and the large cable space has enough room for a clean and orderly wiring.

And finally you only have to slide the cover on it (see picture right). The compact construction of the COMmander Business leaves enough room for an optimal ventilation of the electronics – even if it is totally extended

The COMmander Business is equipped with nine slots for expansion modules. With the basic configuration (scope of delivery) the slots are free and enable full flexibility for individual solutions.
