With the UP0/S0 Adapter ISDN telephones with 4-wire S0 interface can be connected to an internal 2-wire ISDN Bus system of a PBX system. The complex installation of a 4-wire ISDN bus system from the PBX to all the telephones is not necessary as the wiring to the telephones is realised with a 2-wire point-to-point connection. At the endpoint of the wiring the adapter will simply be installed between the wiring and the telephones.

On the S0 side all Auerswald system telephones are suitable for connection - as a matter of fact with the usual system functionality. And ISDN devices of other manufacturer can be used with standard ISDN functionality.
